Like alot of people, I thought that the majority of cats were female (except for the occasional male cat). There was something about cats that seemed... I dunno... feminine. That's why whenever I wrote stories where the main character was a cat, I'd always make it female.

This is actually a friend of mine. Somehow or another as a child she came to the belief that all dogs were boys (male) and all cats were girls (female). Even after a sexual education class she never questioned this until the age of 19 when someone asked her how they could reproduce if each species had just one sex.

I don't know if it is particularly funny, but when i was about 5 i thought that cats and dogs where the same animals, that dogs where the boys and cats where the girls. I based this assumption on my sisters nickname (kitty) and the fact that we would fight non-stop from morning to night (and i was a boy)
