i used to bite my nails when i was little. my friend told me that if i did, my nails would eventually stop growing back. (keep in mind she was in 2nd grade) i was scared, but kept biting my nails.

I have bit my nails ever since I was 6. A year after I started, my Grandpa told me that if I kept biting my nails, then they would form inside my stomach and tear it. I stopped for a year or so, but then I started again and I still do. It's not true, but I wish I beleived him though.

my dad told me if i kept biteing my nails they will build up in my stomach, it diddnt help, i just stoped swllowing them. i have a weird thing, my nails have to be the same length every day, negative side is, they are too short to cut with a cutter, my teeth do the job well.

When i was a kid( I still am one) I had a bad habit of biting my nails( I still do). My mom always told me that if I didn't stop biting my nails she would put this red hote cinommon pepper stuff on my nails(but she never did). Isn't that funny!

Once, when i was younger, i went with my parents to visit my uncle in the hospital. His friend was there, but his friend only had 2 or 3 fingers on each hand. He showed me his hands and said "This is what happens if you bite your nails!" Needless to say, i never bit my nails, out of fear of losing my fingers!
