When I was little, one of my older brother's friends told me that if you swallow gum it will give you diharria! So I went around telling everyone not to swallow their gum. I still kinda believe that too!

I thought that when I swallowed gum, it would eventually grow into a large ball of gum on the inside of my belly button, and that I would need surgery to get it removed. I wasn't told that would happen either, some imagination. I'm only 13 years old, just so you don't think I'm some 30 year old believing that would happen. xD

When i was like 6 or 7, i had a cousin that was 3 years older that me. She ALWAYS swallowed her gum, and of course, i wanted to be JUSt like her. she told me not to because you would explode and the doctors would have to take out your belly so you couldnt eat any more. i loved sandwiches and still wanted to eat them so i stopped swallowing gum. 6 Months later she had surgery and they removed this thing bc she swallowed TOO MUCH GUM!she took it in a jar and told me she couldnt eat anymore so i started crying cuz i felt bad. heehee...hipacrit!

I use to think that if you swallowed your gum
that it would stay in your tummy forever
so I aways pictured my gum as a tree sump that you sat on
and deers and rabbits and trees were in my tummy.
It looked like something out of Bambi.

I used to believe that when you swallowed gum. All of the gum you swallowed before would stay in your stomach and turn into a giant ball of gum. Eventually becoming too big, causing your stomach to burst.

When I was 8 years old I use to chew bubble gum and swallow it because I didn't know where it would go. Then my teacher took me that swallowing gum will stay in my stomach and know I 'm 9 years old and I'm spliting out my chew gum in the trash. And for my teacher thank God we have internet.
