When I was a child, I truly believed that Chocolate milk came from Brown and Black cows, and white milk came from White and spotted cows. I also was told that Cows that lived in the hills and mountains had to wear boots so they would not fall off the hill...LOL

My dad was from the country. So when we went back on some trips I thought all the cows were great. He would tell me that the brown cows gave chocolate milk! I asked what about the brown & white cows. A: The side with the most brown was the chocolate milk side. I believed this for years.

Growing up in Vermont, there were many farms with many cows....for the longest time I was convinced that chocolate milk came from the brown cows!

When I was young my grandmother told me that brown cows make chocolate milk. I believed this for quite a while and now my kids believe it too!!

I once saw an ad for ice cream with a purple cow on it. After that I believed ice cream came from purple cows, chocolate milk came from brown cows and normal milk came from black and white cows. Later I was introduced to banana-flavored milk and was convinced that this milk came from gorillas.

Milk came from white cows
Chocolate milk came from brown one's
and icky, burnt milk came from the black one's, so that's where steak came from.

I used to think that chocolate milk came from brown cows and white cows had regular milk.
My dad used to tell me that chocolate milk came from brown cows. I believed him until I was about 13 (HA!!!) ... and suddenly realised as I was staring down a gallon of white milk that he had lied to me for so long! I still find it heartwarming..... somehow..... :D

When I was little, on the weekend during the school year my dad and I were driving past a farm. He said, "Lauren, do you know how we get our chocolate milk?" And I replied "You take milk and add chocolate syrup." "No!" My Dad said. "You just milk a brown cow, and you get Chocolate milk!" Well, In first grade, when I went back to school for the week, the teacher asked us how to make chocolate milk. I told her to milk a brown cow!!!

My mother used to tell me that brown cows made chocolate milk, and that if a cow was shaken up that you would get a milk shake. I also believed that the cows that were black with white in the middle which were constantly called oreo cows in my house made the oreo cream filling.

I used to belive chocolate milk came from brown or chocolate cows.
My elder sister used to believe, when she was 5 or so, that white cows gave out white milk, brown cows gave out chocolate milk, pink cows gave out strawberry milk, etc., and that by eating the right coloured grass you would turn into a cow of that colour and start giving out milk. She used to eat grass covered in mud at primary school in an attempt to turn into a brown cow. Needless to say it never worked.
When I was 6 I used to believe that chocholate milk came from black and white cows. Silly huh.
i used to believe that milk came from white cows, chocolate syrup came from brown cows, and the cows with mixed colors were chocolate milk, as a result of a browm cow and a white cow mating.
