The house I lived in when I was younger had a pasture with lots of cows behind it. My grandmother used to tell me that white cows made milky, brown cows made chocolate milk and black cows made coffee. Also, if the cow was like black and white that meant he made coffee with milk.

When I was younger whenever we drove by a farm with brown cows in the fields she would say," look rebecca, chocolate milk cows!" and until i was like 9 i thought only brown cows made brown milk.

When I was around five I walked up to my mother and asked her why some cows were white and why some cows were brown. She simply told me that white cows give white milk and brown cows give chocolate milk.I believed it for 6 years!!

My dad was from the country. So when we went back on some trips I thought all the cows were great. He would tell me that the brown cows gave chocolate milk! I asked what about the brown & white cows. A: The side with the most brown was the chocolate milk side. I believed this for years.
