my neighbors used to work nights and i never saw them come out during the day. so i told all my friends they were vampires and we would put garlic, crosses, etc. at their front door all the time.

As a little kid, I used to believe that vampires would bite my neck while I was sleeping. The way to prevent it was to make sure the blanket covered up my neck before I fell asleep. To this day I'm uncomfortable if I fall asleep with my neck uncovered. (I'm 47.)

When I was little I wouldnt sleep on the side of the bed next to the wall because a vampire would jump out and plant baby vampires in my throat and they would grow and take over the world.

When i was a kid, i watched way too many vampire movies at a friend's b'day party. It was a sleepover, and they lived in this really old creepy house that creaked a lot. In the movie, the vampires were either good or evil vampires and all the evil ones would go through town and kill everyone. Anyway, i was petrified they'd want to kill me so just before we all went to bed i faked having to go to the bathroom to go find a bible (with a cross on the front), garlic, a stick, and i found the light switch in the hall and left it on all night. So not only did the vampires not get me, nobody at the sleepover got any sleep...

i use to beleve that a vampires were real and that they were her from a place called darkvainya and they wanted to make all the people zombys and that the only way to kill them was to ask the monsters under your bed to scare them!!! yes i belived in mosters under the bed too but thats diffrent see i thorght that they were there to look after you and every night i would say "now you try hard as you can to keep away those vampires" and i also left food and milk it was alwas gorn in the mornning!

When I was about 9 I was thoroughly convinced that I was a vampire. I would run around the playground with my arms out wide, practising flying for when I was old enough to be able to turn into a bat...haha.
I told one of my friends about that and she asked if she was anything other than human, too. I told her to bare her teeth and 'seeing sharp canines' told her that she was, in fact, part werewolf.
We would go around the playground practising for when we got older. She would sprint and howl and I would hiss and 'fly'.
Even when I moved schools, a year later, a kid who had come from the same school and was a grade below told me about the teacher who remembered 'two crazy kids who thought they were a vampire and a werewolf'.
Haha.

Wannabe Vampire

Every since I saw Interview with the vampire in like 2nd or 3rd grade, I've had a fascination, fetish, attraction to vampires, my mom just blew it off as an over active imagination, even though she's the one that showed me the movie. Well to this day I still have the same feelings if not stronger, and anytime I'm outside I stare at the sky and watch dark areas very carefully hoping one is watching me or wanting to take me away with him.

When I was in first grade. I had a dream that my sunday school teacher and the pastor from my church had my grandmother tied down to her bed, and that the pastor was a vampire and my sunday school teacher was his helper using tape and a marker to mark where he'd bite her at. The next day was Sunday and my granmother woke me up I checked her neck for bite marks or the tape, she laughed and blamed it on the goosebump movies. I was scared to go to sunday school the whole time I was in that class.

After seeing this scary vampire film when I was little, I always covered my neck when I felt scared just in case a vampire would come behind me and bite me. It became a habit and now whenever I'm ever scared I automatically cover it

I used to purposefully wander around after dark in our neighborhood hoping a vampire would get me... no idea why, I was just a twisted kid. I just wanted to meet one. I had a *very* complicated mythology worked out, mostly what came from reading Dracula a couple times over and my mom watching Buffy in the other room while she thought I was napping ^_^;;

I would bite them and they would become my vampire friends. i even bit my boyfriend and we were very deeply in vampire love. currently he goes out with my friend and got a lil shorter.

I was afraid to look at my bedroom window when it was dark out. I believed that vampires hung around outstide dark windows and if you looked at the window you would see them and then be hypnotized. Thus in that state you would let them in and they would make me a vampire.
