I used to believe that in a drama serial shown on TV, the actors and actresses are acting in real time and that having advertisments in between the show give them time for a break before they continue acting in front of us.

i have 2 things that i used to beleive
#1:i used to belive if u put i hole in the tv screen i could jump in and be on the show with all of the celebs of course, i did not realize that the shows had already been filmed. how stupid of me
#2: i used to think that if a person was dating on the show that they would be dating in real life. now i realize that only some celebs do that, like adam brody and rachel bilson.

When I was really small I had heard about a show called "Murder She Wrote." Not knowing what the word Murder meant at the time I thought it was someone's name and that the show was about some little girl who had just learned how to write.

I used to think that once you turned off a tv set or radion, the shows would all pause until you turned it on again, at which time it would resume. I never really thought about how other people watched tv, though. I figured that they just would pop on the set and a sign would come up saying, "The TV is frozen at the moment, please watch again later." I thought we were really lucky that it never did that to me.

In Czech Rep. there is a cartoon every day at seven. It has the same tune since it has been started X years ago.A voice there says "Good night" in the end. As a little girl I used to believe that the boy who is saying this, had to go to TV-studio, wait till the cartoon is over and then say "Goog Night". "Poor boy" i thought.

I thought Chuck Norris looked almost exactly like Mr. T until I saw Walker, Texas Ranger, wich i heard he was in. Then I asked my dad why he wasn't in any of the episodes and he said THAT is him.
