random beliefs
When I was a child I used to believe that if I told a lie a special bird would report me to my mum..so when I was telling a lie I used to look to sky and hide from that bird:))
When I was little I heard my mom and her friends talking about "driving stick" shift but I didn't know what that was, so I imagined them balancing on walking sticks and hopping along.
When I was small, someone with a cold said they had a frog in their throat. Up until I was about 12, I thought that when you got a cold little frogs lived on your tonsils :3.
In order to get me to stop whistling, my grandmother told me that if I whistle, I will grow a mustache. I totally believed her up until the 5th grade.
I used to believe that if I didn't put the eggs in the fridge fast enough after buying them, they would hatch into chicks.

when i was young my dad would say that "christmas was around the corner" and so i would ride my bike to the end of the block and around the bend looking for snow and christmas lights.
