When i was little my mom used to travel alot so i used to think that the airplane would pick her up and drop her off infront of our house
I used to believe that the man had to be taller the the woman to married her.
I used to believe that "elbow grease" was a tough kind of grease that you smeared on your elbow to get tough stains out.
I used to think that "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea" was a story about an awful lot of sports being played under the sea, since there were 20,000 leagues there, in the story.
I used to think that the Police song, Roxanne, was about traffic lights.
I was about 14 when I figured it out.
I used to believe that my teeth were in endless supply and would fall out of my head for the rest of my life. I didn't know who the Tooth Fairy was, but she was going to help me buy alot of candy.
When I was little, my dad told me that if I were to put salt on a deer's tail that I could catch it, and keep it as a pet.
I was convinced that there was a number called "eleventeen", but was never sure how to count to it or where it lay in the great order of numbers. I just knew it was there.
I was convinced that I could invent a machine that would pressurize wood, but denying it oxygen, it would not burn, but melt. I'm still not convinced it's impossible. :-)
