When I was first sent to school, I was convinced it was because my parents wanted to stay home and play with my barbies without me
So when I was little I used to think the alphabet song just named a lot of letters and I spent inordinate amounts of time trying to think of the letters that weren't in the song.
I used to believe that if you "did your business" with the lights off that you would go blind... stupid lying big sisters!!
I used to believe that a cow produced different kinds of liquids from every teat. There was light milk, whole milk, cream, and whiskey. Because that's what my dad told me.
I thought that 1983 went on for 3 years - had to ask my sister who decided how long a year lasted.
I used to believe that the kidneys are showers for the red blood cells; the water we drink washes the blood cells to clean them and the sewage goes to the bladder.
My dad told me SPAM was made of Squirrel, Possum, and Mice YUM YUM
when i was younger my mam used to say that the tv didnt work when it was sunny outside, so we had to go outside and play...me and my brothers believed her for years
I used to believe that I could pull my ears off. So every night before going to bed, I would tug relentlesly at my ears! Why I wanted them to come off I don't know!
Mother told me that if I slept with my socks on I would wake up with cow hooves. I still won't sleep with socks on.
