random beliefs
You know how when you're little your parents tell you that you can be anything you want when you grow up? Well I took that literally and wanted to be an elephant when I grew up.
When I was about eight, I was convinced that I was a part of someone else's dream. I was just sure that one day the person would wake up, and I would disappear.
When I was very young I said to my mother in all seriousness "A work is where daddy goes to have lunch and get paid."
I used to believe my middle name was and. At age 12, I discovered that it was actually "ann".
I used to believe that my eyes were brown because I ate too much chocolate. Thanks, Dad!
I used to believe that bird perched on telephone wires to keep their feet warm
I never understood "a stitch in time saves 9" (till fairly recently). I assumed it had something to do with sewing up the fabric of time in a kind of star-trek way.
I used to see dust particles floating around and thought that they were tiny alien spaceships coming to invade the earth.
I used to believe that when you circled a letter on a multiple choice the letters couldn't Breathe. I never completely circled them.
when i was younger my dad told me that if i waited patiently by the TV then i would get to see all the people leaving at the end of the night. I waited for them to come out!!
