When I was a kid, I used to believe that the way a woman got pregnant was from the ring that the man gave to her on their wedding day. The ring would magically make the woman pregnant, and in a couple of weeks, the baby would be born out of the mother's belly button!

I believed that you would automatically have a child as soon as your wedding ended, and to stop that you had to take birth control on the wedding day. But for some reason it didn't occur to me that if that was the case you would have to get married multiple times to have more than one child. ].] [.[

i used to believe that during weddings when the people hit their wine glasses with the spoon, knife etc. it is their way of making the newly wed kiss and that is their "sex". i used to believe that the kiss is the way the semen would reach the female and after the wedding the bride would be instantly pregnant. HAHA

Up until I was 9, I thought that, for a woman to get pregnant, all she had to do was put on the wedding ring. I thought that there was a magical chemical in the ring that seeped through her skin and made a baby grow in her stomach. When the baby was ready, it would come out...Through her mouth. :/

I used to think that mommy got pregnant when she kissed her husband on their wedding day and the little sperms somehow found their way to her tummy and made a baby. The result of child logic meeting the look who's talking movie.

I used to believe that when the preist said "you may kiss the bride" it was how they got pregnant. As if the preist had said a special prayer that when sealed with a kiss God made the bride pregnant, and thus, i used to believe in god.

I used to believe that the way you made babies was on your wedding which was your first kiss and you didn't have a choice of how many babies you had they just came out whenever they did.

When I was young I always pictured the bride and groom kissing at the end of a wedding and then a baby would imediately be born in the church.

When I was little I thought that a woman got pregnant when she kissed a man on her wedding day. I thought a seed got shot out of the man into the woman's stomach, where it grew into a baby.

When I was four I thought that RIGHT when a man and a woman got married that the woman just became pregnant out of nowhere. I remember telling my grandma I would never get married.

I used to believe that a woman would get pregnant when she kissed a man. That's why I said to my friend one day when we were about 6 "The only reason they have a man and woman kiss at their wedding is to get a baby started." She nodded. Apparently she had the same belief. I was corrected when I joined an internet forum a year later...

Haven't kissed anyone yet... just in case. (just kidding : P )

I used to believe that a couple would have a baby only if they got married and the priest would bless the bride to make her pregnant!

when i was little i used to think that when you got married and the man and wife kissed that was when the wife got pregnant. i thought the baby somehow came through the man's mouth, passed into the woman's, and then went into her stomach where it grew. one day i found out this wasn't true when i had an argument with my dad about how he must have been married four times.
