I'd always heard about the "miracle" of birth. Being raised strict Roman Catholic I knew what he church considered miracles. I therefore assumed that a baby magically passed thru the mothers stomach wall into the world at birth. When I saw a film of an actual birth I was really upset about it. I thought it was the most awful thing I had ever witnessed and wondered how anyone would refer to the event as a "miracle"

when i was younger, that babies were born by tearing their way out of the mother's stomach, and everytime my mom was pregnant i always tried to find the scar and there was nothing, it confused me for years.

When I was born my mother had to have a c-section. For years I didn't know what c-section was. I remember one day I saw her scar on her stomach. I thought the only way for the baby to come out was the doctor had to cut the mommy's stomach open and take the baby out.

When i was child, I had thought that babies came out of the anus, I don't quite know why, but I would get into arguments at school with the 4th graders, it was amazing though that the other children knew they came from a vagina. My parents never explained, as a result, I caused other children to believe that thier parents were liers, and babies came from the anus.

I use to Believe that if you went bowling during your pregnancy you would give birth at the bowling alley. After all you are bending and throwing that heavy ball all at once. As soon as I got pregnant with my first child, I asked my Dr. Only to my enbasrment to be told NO!!!

When I was little 5,6,7ish I knew that babies were in the mother's stomach....
I didn't know how they came out. So I figured they put you to sleep(anethesia)then cut open your stomach took the baby out and sewed it back together. Then later I asked my mom: do they out you to sleep when the baby comes out?
She said "no" I WAS SO SCARED THAT they would cut open girl's stomachs just to get the baby out.... I am so glad my great aunt got me a visual dictonary a year or two later ;)!!!

When I was around 5 years old and learned that babies come from mothers, I wondered from where the baby pops out. I figured that is came out of the ass, because there is no way a baby could fit through the vagina!

I'm sure I'm not the only one but when I was little I believed that mothers gave birth to girls and fathers gave birth to boys.

Before i even knew about the three-hole-system, i used to think that a mother would give birth to her child through her butt-hole. because of this, i thought you couldnt poop while you were pregnant and you would have to hold your poo until you had your baby. i didnt want to become pregnant because of this.

Well....I probably have the same belief as many people,babies came from thier moms belly button.I believed that until i saw a video of a duck laying an egg,then i thought it came out of their behind.I soon went back to the first bellieve.
