If I pushed the mole on my Grandpa's forehead, his teeth would pop out. I really thought they were connected :)
When i was in preschool they served overcooked broccoli (almost yellow in color...ew) and after that I was convinced Cauliflower was just broccoli that got cooked too long and eventually turned white

When my little brother came home from the hospital, his eyes were closed and I thought he had no eyes. (Iguess it was the first time I saw anyone with his or her eyes closed.)

When I was a kid, the song "I fought the Law" (I'm not sure who sang it) but I went years beliving it was "I fought the log, and the log one." I thought it was about a lumberjack.
I used to believe they used special effects to make movie kisses look real, since obviously they couldn't be forcing actors to really kiss people they weren't in love with.
