The moon follows you

I used to believe that the moon followed our car wherever we went, and that if we drove fast enough, we could actually catch up to it.

When I was a child, I used to believe that moon followed me everywhere I went. I would look out of the car at night and see it in the sky, always in the same place.I thought it was watching over me like a guardia. I even waved at it sometimes! It made me feel special. Later, I leanrned it was just an impression and the moon didn't move with me. But for years I truly believed it was my moon.

When I was a little boy, I used to believe that the moon was alive and was following me everywhere I went during cars night trips.
Like one day, I was on the back seat of my dad's car during a long night trip. We went going to a place for the holidays and I kept on looking through the window for hours and hours. I was stressed because I thought that the moon was following us on purpose.
But nowadays, when I'm on a night trip, I sometimes look at the moon and I remember how much it was stupid and funny to think that.
