When I was in 1st grade I asked my mom where babies came from. She explained to me but I didn't understand and figured that when people kissed they were pregnant. When I watched T.V. and saw people kiss I thought, "Is that girl TRYING to get pregnant?!"

I got the computer game The Sims (the original) when I was about 8 or 9. Because of the method of obtaining a baby on it, I was convinced that you could get a girl pregnant just by simply kissing her a few times in a row. Needless to say, I was without a first kiss until I laid this theory completely to rest.

When I was 8. a boy moved in next door. He was 11 at the time. His parents had already given him "the talk". He told me that if we kissed, a baby would pop out. I was the youngest child, and I had always wanted a little brother or sister. So, I said OK. We kissed, (on the cheek) and I said "Hey, no baby came out!" Then he said we had to kiss for longer. We then kissed for a veeerrryyy long time. Nothing happened. He laughed and said "Gotcha!"

When i was little i thought that you would get pregnate by kissing someone...noone ever told me this but i would try and figure it out and i was watching an "i love lucy" and when she had her kid i came to the conclusion it MUST come from kissing becasue nothing could happin at night..they sleep in different beds!
