I used to believe that whenever the driver of the car put on his blinkers to turn that the car predicted which way you were going to turn or would tell you which way to turn. For a long time I believed that...
when i was little i asked my sister how the car knew whether to signal a left or right turn and she told me that the car knew where to take us. i honestly believed her for a very long time
I used to believe that the car blinker told the car which way it was going to go, I never realized the driver had anything to do with it. I used to sit there, mocking it in my mind, I was ready for the day that blinker would be wrong.. it never came, sadly.
I never realised that the driver operated the cars indicators. I just thought cars were really smart and automatically knew where you were going and by watching the indicators you'd know how to get there.
I used to believe that the turn signals on cars appeared because the car's "memory bank" knew where we were going (we made the same trip to school every morning in 1st grade) and was trying to remind Dad when to make the turn. But one day dad made a turn and the light kept blinking even as he drove straight...I was baffled...
I used to belive that the turn signals in a car were automatic & they told you where to go!
I used to think that the signal lights on a car knew the way to the destination and changed whenever you were about to make a turn.
When I was lil'... I used to believe that the car was magic... bc when i asked my parents about how the blinkers worked... they told me that the car was magic and knew where we were goin...
I was very dissapointed when i found out how the car wasn't magic!!! = P
i used to belief the car knew the way to my house because the turning signals would click and my mom would go that way
I used to believe that cars were really clever because they knew which way you wanted to go and indicated for you.
When I was little, I used to think that cars could sense when you were going to turn the corner and put the indicator on, I never thought that the driver had to turn them on!
I use to think that my parents car just "knew" which way we were going to turn. I never say my Mom or Dad use the tutn signal.
I used to believe that the car automatically knew when we were turning a corner and which way to make the blinker go.
When I was a child I used to believe that my father's car always knew wich place we wanted to go, because I saw my father driving straigh away and then suddenly the indicator started to sound and I asked my father why always does the car knows wich place we want to go? and he said, because I told him before
As a kid I did not realize that a car's turn signals were operated by the driver. I just thought they came on by themselves and the driver HAD to turn the direction that the arrow was blinking. How the car knew where were we going, I have no idea.
I used to think that cars could read your mind when you wanted to turn. When I was finally allowed to sit in the front seat I was very dissapointed that there was a lever that my parents used to make the blinkers turn on.
When I was little I never noticed my mom set the turn signal, and I thought that the blinkers told her which way to go. When I excitedly asked her how the car knew, I was first skeptical and then disappointed by her turn signal demonstration.
when i was small, about 4 or 5, i used to think that the arrows that flash on the instrument panel when you turn on the turn signals told you where to go when you got lost.
I used to believe that cars could read your mind and knew whether you were going to turn left or right and thats how your indicators worked. I didnt realise they were controlled by the driver until I was about 11. Dense!!!!
I frequently saw my mom driving, and had a pretty good idea of how it was done. But, when we made turns and the turn signal would come on, I couldn't see how she did it-I thought the car could tell which way she wanted to turn by reading her mind and turned the signal on automatically.
