I used to believe that there was someone (human or ghost like thing) hiding in my bathtub, so every time i'd go to the bathroom, i'd have to open up the shower curtain and make sure there was no one there
My brother used to believe that "hot yava (lava)" was in the bathroom, especially when you took a shower.
The little nob on my bathtub that turns the plug on and off was located on a silver plate bolted into the wall. i thought it was a little man and that the bolts were his eyes, and the nob his nose. I used to talk to him all the time about my problems, and he was definitely one of my first crushes. I used to suck on his nose too, im not sure how that fits into it all...
when i was small i used to believe that
snake could get out of the tap and eat me
When I was younger, I believed that beavers lived in the air vents, so when I would go to the bathroom, I would close the air vents. Sometimes, I would leave the air vents open and talk to them while I were on the toilet.
When I was small I hated being left alone, and when it was just my dad and I in the house, I would sit outside the (louvred) bathroom door while he was on the toilet, and he would gripe, "would you go away and let me poop in peace!" and so for years I thought the bathroom was called "peace". :-)
i used to believe that if you were in the bathtub when you pulled out the drain it would suck you in. i guess i watched too much rugrats!
when I was young I used to believe that I had to use toilet paper when I finished having a shower!!
the first scary movie that i ever saw was "jaws" when i was about 6. i was terrified, of course. but especially when i went to take a bath. i really thought that huge shark was going to come up through the drain and get me. i cried and sat up against the back of the tub the entire time.. probably for about 2 or 3 weeks.
I used to beleive that when ever i flushed the toilet i would run down the hall way because i thought a giant hand would come and drag me into the toilet and eat me! And some times i still beleive it!
I used to believe that my bathroom housed monsters so I never went to the restroom after my mom fell asleep (resulting in a bad wetting the bed problem) and the few times I would go in there by myself i would bring a pan and threaten them with it. To this day I am still afraid of the bathroom!
when i was little i was afraid of the toilet because i thought Pennywise lived down there....I still am uncomfortable around the toilets
I used to believe that snakes would be able to crawl up through the drain of the bath tub~~~
My older sister told me that if you stayed in the tub while it was draining, you would get stucked down with the water. From then on, I would get out of the tub as quickly as possible.
How about that fish that blinked at you from the plug-hole when you were cleaning your teeth, and it would somehow jump out and bite you if you weren't careful!
I thought that if i took out the plug when in the bath i would be sucked down it! i also thought that spiders would come up it and eat me!
I used to believe that when the water was going out of the bath and it made that awful noise that the room was goin got be sucked in if you didnt run upstairs and touch your bed be for the noise stopped!
When I was little and I used to take baths, I would sit in the tub and watch the all water go down the drain before I got out. Toward the end, the water tends to make a "tornado". I believed that there was a tiny village in the drain and I was a villainous giant who was destroying their town with my tornado. I felt kind of bad about it, but what could I do?
When I was a kid I was always afraid that if i stood to close to the drain I would be sucked down with the water...I think my older sister told me that. She was so evil then!
I used to think that when I went to sleep,a mummy came out of my toilet, and came into my room.
