I used to believe that the more water you ran in the sink, the bigger the sink bowl that was under the cabinet would get.

I used to believe that when you went into the bathroom, you had to sing the ABC's. At the end when you say "Next time wont you sing with me" I always asked my mom to sing with me because I thought you had to ask someone to sing with you.

I believed for some reason that my mother's box of Calgon Bouquet bath salts was evil or dangerous or something, and when very young would cower from it, screaming, "Bookon Ookay! Bookon Ookay!!"

Ever read/seen Stephen King's 'It'? If you haven't, it's about a evil clown creature thing that kills kids and comes up through sinks, showers, toilets etc. I was deathly afraid of the washroom for about a week after seeing the movie.

Whenever I go to the bathroom in somebody else's house, and they have a shower with the curtain drawn, I always check behind it to make sure nobodys behind there! This is weird because I've never gone to to the bathroom and had someone be behing there.

in between the ages of 6-10, I always had to check the shower before going to the bathroom because I thought people pulled the curtains up to hide behind them.

I use to fill a bottle with "clean" water and put it aside.
Then I would take anything Iying around the bathroom (shampoo, mouthwash, etc) and mix up a potion in the toilet and flush). I would drink my water all day long so that I wouldn't mutate along with the rest of my block.

When I was little, I used to be very scared of the toilet during the night. I used to believe that was a monster hiding inside it. When I flushed, especially in the dark, I thought the monster would go out the toilet. I used to run out of the bathroom as fast I could, without looking back. This scare started after I watched an horror movie with my older cousin. After this, I used to avoid to flushing at night.
One day, I told my parents about the monster, and they laughted at me so I realized the monster was in my imagination.

Actually only a few years ago, I was still a pretty supersticios kid. It was right after 911. Of course, I would take a shower every day. But I learned that osama bin laden was the person that may have set up the 911 attack. I kept thinking that some guy in a turbin was behind my shower curtain, and any moment he would jump in my shower and get me. I remember being sooo afraid to get out of the shower, because I thought there was someone in the bathroom with me. I still get those weird feelings. Sometimes I check thecloset and look behind the curtain before I used the bathroom

When i was little, around 5 or 6 one of my two older sisters waited in the shower until i went pee, then jumped out and scared me. This made me realise just how easy it would be for someone to hide in there. I still have a habit of opening the shower curtain, or at least looking behind it before i go to the washroom. I'm 17
