When I was young, I just knew that there was some sort of monster under my bed. I am not sure what sort of beasty it was but I KNOW that it was there. I could not sleep if my feet or arms hung over the sides of the bed. If I did, 'it' would get me. Even now, decades later, I cannot bring myself to drop an arm over the side of the bed... just in case.

I always thought a had some kind of creature under my bed and if I didnīt hurry when I was going up in my bed it would reach out and take my legs and drag my down! Because of that I always ran through my room and jumped into my bed from about 1 meter... I fooled it everytime!

My bedroom was in the top part of our house (where the ceiling sloped down. As i was going to bed I ran and jumped and cracked my head off the ceiling. My parents took me to the hospital (I had a minor concussion) and when they asked me why I did this all I could say was that I had to get away from the thing under my bed. >.<
