I was made to believe that the pinching loo seat in the very old holiday cottage in Wales that I stayed in with my family at a very tender age, had a life of it's own and was called 'Pinchbottom'. My Dad named him thus and by the end of the two weeks I was unable to go to the loo on my own!!
