My dad worked in a remote area in Alaska, and every two weeks had to go there on a plane. When we dropped him off at the airport, my sister always thought he worked at the airport, no matter how many times I told her she was wrong.
A childhood belief about work

others believed things like this
- I thought the airport was a place that you get chopped into pieces in order to go to outer space! lol!!!— I don't know why you get chopped...
- I thought if someone worked full time it meant they worked 24/7 and never did anything else!— andalite
- I used to beleive in stores that were open 24/7 , that the people that worked there worked 24/7 nonstop.Anon
- I used to belive that employees who worked at 24/7 shops lived there and never slept!(they worked 24/7)— tilly Waukesha WI
- I thought a coworker was someone who worked on a cow.— Molly
- I used to wander what my name would be in other languages. I thought that names worked the same way as words. — Simon
