I honestly used to believe that whenever water was draining- be it in a toilet, a shower, whatever- the swirling water could quite possibly create a tornado. When showering I had this intense fear that a tornado would form behind me, where the drain was. I believed this until I was at *least* nine and it still gives me the creeps.
