I wasn't too popular as a child and dreamed of being older(and therefore beautiful and loved)
I somehow onvinced myself that i was actually 16 years old ( i was probably 8 at the time) and in a coma.
My loving family were all sitting around my bed mopping my brow with a flannel and praying for me to wake up!!
I even dreamed up a boyfriend. I think i kept up that one till i was about 11, when i convinced myself i had a replacement arm given to me by aliens!
