All of my siblings and I were told about sex the first time we asked... so I already knew about sex by the time I was four. I even made my Barbies have orgies. :o
While I was more informed about sex than most children, I still had a few misconceptions! I thought that any time a man and a woman were naked together they would have intercourse without even meaning to. I thought that penises and vaginas behaved like magnets, and if you were naked the parts would be drawn together and you would have sex! I most likely thought this because my mother stressed the importance of modesty... I climbed on strange men's laps all the time and I think she was afraid that I would be sexually assaulted.
