When I was about 7 Years old I was using a public restroom, the women watching me scolded me for not putting toilet paper on the seat first before using it. She said so you know what you can get from sitting on a public toilet seat? I replied yes, you can get pregnant. It was many years later I found out why she laughed os hard.
