I was about 7 when we moved to a new house. My mom started talking about the rent and stuff like that. I asked her what rent was, and she said that it was when you had to pay the owner money so that you could live in the house. I was young and didn't understand this process. I said "What if you dont know where the owner lives? What if she lives in China? How will you find her and give her the money? How do you even know who she is?" and she said "We just know." I thought for a while that my parents were pshycics.
