When I was about six, I was convinced that people were made out of rubber. I remember sitting on the monkeybars with my best friend, who was very afraid of falling. I told her she was stupid to be afraid, and pushed her off to show her it wouldn't hurt.
Much to my suprise, she didn't bounce!
