When we were about 12-13 years old one of the girls in my little group had a few days in a row of really greasy stinky hair...we staged an intervention and she confessed to us that her mum told her that she can't wash her hair when she has her period. She couldn't actually give us a reason why but I suppose some kids listen to what their parents tell them...*SHOCK*!!!!!
