While listening to AC/DC's "You Shook Me All Night Long", I usually hear...
"She was a fast machine, she kept her boner clean, she was the best half woman that I ever seen.."
As opposed to...
"She was a fast machine, she kept her motor clean, she was the best damn woman that I ever seen"
And Skid Row's "I Remember You"...
"Cause you'll always be my dream come true, Woman or man, I love you."
Instead of...
"Cause you'll always be my dream come true, Oh my darling, I love you"
Kinda a recurring theme.
A childhood belief about misheard lyrics

others believed things like this
- I am Canadian and when I was little I would sing "True Pastry Love" instead of 'True Patriot Love"— Jess
- I used to think that life was all a dream and one day i would wake up like a 75 year old woman.( who knows?)— 8 with wrinkles
- I thought that life is a dream and when you die you wake up (maybe it's true who knows?)— Naos
- I used to believe that true love was eternal.— Pierce
- My sister just recently realized that the lyric "more than a woman" wasn't 4 letter woman!— Anne
- I thought the line in the song "more than a woman" was "four-legged woman".— boo
