One of my friends in (a trade school here in Detroit, MI) Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts thought the lyrics to the George Harrison song "I Got My Mind Set On You" were "Look out! I might Sit on YOU!" ahahaha....I actually used that on the air once.
A childhood belief about misheard lyrics

others believed things like this
- "Our father, who art in heaven. Howard be thy name."
I still say "Thank You Howard" when I feel blessed.— cathy - One of my friends in elementary school thought that Osama bin Laden was "a son of Aladdin". Anon
- when i first started school i thought the teachers lived in the school and slept on the tables.— emma
- When I was in elementary school nuns cam to our school. I thought that 'nun' meant they had no religion.Anon
- I used to believe that my school teachers lived inside the school and my school bus driver lived on the bus. Anon
- I used to think that the song"Stayin Alive" said "Staying In Line" like at school when I was little. — MacKenzie
