I used to believe, for an embarrassingly long time, that Eric Clapton was singing about a girl who didn't like Washington state. After all, in his own words:
"She don't like, she don't like, she don't like
Spokane!"
Now of course, I now know he's actually singing about drugs, but I think my version is far funnier. ;)
