When i was about 13 years old I was having a girly chat with my friend about periods and stuff. Then this boy in our class came over and asked us what we were talking about. At first we just giggled and said 'girl talk nothing for you to worry about' and he said 'what like periods?' and we said 'yeah'. Then he started asking about what it was like to have a period and we said stuff like 'trust me you don't wanna know' and 'it's really painful' Then after a while he said 'so do you just sit on the toilet for ages and let it all come out?' and me and my friend were like 'what?' He thought that you went to the toilet and it all came out in one go! he was shocked when we told him that periods last for about a week and every time you go to the toilet blood comes out!
