I thought that hiccups made you grow. Every hiccup streached your body a little bit, that is why babies would get them more than adults.

I used to thing that when you farted poison gas that would turn you into an animal and I wanted to fly and be a bird (I still do) so whenever I farted i'd turn around and see if I was a bird then said Oh *h*t missed again

If I didn't like someone I used to turn around and fart at them preying they'd become purple llamas O.o

When I was very small, my mom taught me to say, "I have to go to the ladies room" instead of something like "I have to wee-wee" or other childish phrases. She was very proud of herself until one day when I had a bladder infection, I blurted out (in public of course), "Mom! MY LADIES ROOM BURNS!"

when we were lazy little kids me and my sisters would never bother to take our socks off to sleep, until we were told wearing socks to sleep makes you blind. to this day i refuse to wear socks to sleep. im 23.

i used to have this reoccuring dream that i could float down the stairs as a kid until one day i tried it awake and ended up in hospital with a broken leg

I have a friend named Stacy, and she's black. When she was growing up she noticed a correlation between the color of her skin and the color of her poop- to a younger kid, it made lots of sense that the correlation extended to everyone. Hence, for years she was under the impression that black people pooped brown poop and white people pooped white poop.

i once read a story about peeing in the sink. well i misunderstood and belive i ( a girl) was supposed to pee in the sink. well i was only 6 and very short. some how i climbed up on the sink and put my ass on the fosit and started to pee. well my friend walked in on me and said what are u doing. i told her and we both peed in the sink together. the only way i learned that was wrong by walking in on my mother and saying why arent you peeing in the sink?? then i got a big long explination

When I was a child none of my food could touch or get mixed up on my plate. Everything had to be sectioned off neatly. I firmly believed that every food had its own compartment in your stomach. Hamburgers had the hamburger department, corn had the corn dept. and so on. I was convinced that if your food got mixed up and you ate it that way, it would not know where to go. The food would forever rot in your stomach and you would die. I was a very strange child!

I was not a normal kid. Normal kids think that a monster is unther their bed right? Well, somewhere I got this idea that my great-grandma Gert was living under my bed in her nightgown and housecoat and if I dangled my feet she would pull me under and stab me to death...I'm now 14 and I'm still very afraid of her.

My sister once told me that if I jumped off the porch with an umbrella that I could fly like Mary Poppins... That was a wicked sprain.

When I was about three my godmother came to visit us from Africa for a few weeks. We didn't have an extra bed, so she opted to sleep on one of those bumpy, foam pads people sometimes put underneath their sheets.

I was completely amazed that she was able to sleep on spikes and assumed everyone from Africa did so. I refused to touch her bed.

When little like 6 or 7 I though that my dad could turn the t.v. on with his mind while when he had his hand with the remote in it on the other side of the chair the whole time! I never though to look there until I was about 9 years old!

Up until I was about 17, I had no idea that women farted. It wasnt untill I lived with my now fiance that I learned that they do it quite well, if not better then guys.

I used to think you absolutely HAD to have your eyes CLOSED for a full three hours before you could fall asleep. So I'd lie in bed and since I thought I couldn't open my eyes, they naturally started itching and such, but I wouldn't let myself open them. It was really tormenting. Finally I'd give in and open my eyes, then I'd freak out because now I had to hold my eyes closed for 3 hours again, and I thought I'd never get to sleep, and I'd end up running to my parents crying because I would never fall asleep.

I vividly remember flying around the light in the living room with all my family as though it was yesterday and also flying outside (obviously I now realise this was a dream!). I asked mum once if we could please fly for a bit because we hadn't done it for ages and was that because it's a secret that we can fly?
