I used to believe…

When i was about three, i remember catching a brief glimpse of my brother naked. I could swear that i saw two penis'. So i used to believe that he had one for peeing and one for pooing. I was so stupid -_-;;

I used to believe…

When I was young, if I ever had a mouthful of food when the need to poo arose, I feared that sitting on the toilet would cause the food to immediately change to poo. Food always felt mushier when sitting on porcelain.

i used to think each person has a certain number of heart beats to use up before they die. I thought this was why your heart beats more slowly if you are fitter: you are saving more beats up for later!

When I was a kid I did not want to talk too much because I used to believe that dumb people were like that because they had already told everything they had to say in their life.

i used to believe that when i took medicine there were these little soldiers in the medicine that went to war with the enemy soldiers in my body.

I used to believe that when you shut your eyes, that your eyes did actually roll back and there was something you could do to switch on a light back there and you would see clockwork working to move your eyes.I used to stand in front of the mirror with one eye shut and one eye open to let the light in through one eye so i could see the back of my other eye!

I used to believe…

When I was five or six, I first started becoming aware of the "floaties" in my eyes. I noticed I could see them better if I stared at a white background, like a wall or something, but they were really there all the time if I focused on them. I had no idea what they were, so it occurred to me that maybe I had some kind of super-powered vision and that they were actually atoms moving around in the air. I didn't want to tell anyone about it, because I thought if anyone knew I could see atoms, they'd want to take me to all these doctors and scientists so they could research me and find out how I did it.

When I was 3, I saw wrestling on TV. (My dad was watching it) I kept
seeing them pick up their opponent, flipping them upside-down, and
smashing them into the mat. Naturally, I believed I should be able to, as
well. So I attempted it on my dog. My dog was a pretty big Schnauzer,
so all I succeeded in doing was ripping my dog's collar off, hurling it across
the room, and allowing it to strike my mom's head with extreme force.
I believed I could do that to anyone until I was 14.

When i was a little boy i used to watch all kinds of japenese cartoons where the people would fly and use 'Special Powers'. Silly now but at the time i really believed in it. When i found out that it was not possible i was crushed but told myself it could be done. Soon after that i had a dream i was playing football and started to fly. It was such a rush for me. After that for a good while every night i went to bed thinking of flying, and hoped it would be on my mind when i fell asleep. Evey now and again i did have a dream about flyng. They were great. I even had abit of control, not much (it was a dream). TRY IT (about whatever you want, the brain creates dreams based on your thoughts).

when I was little, I used to believe that when you broke your arm, that part of your arm would actually fall right off. Then evenntually it would grow back.

I used to believe…

When I was a kid, I heard the 1960s song "Vacation" by Connie Francis. It says at one point, "We're gonna mashed potato to a jukebox tune". I thought it didn't exactly sound like she was literally refering to mashed potatoes. I asked my big brother what it meant. He told me that "to mashed potato" was a euphemistic reference to pooping. So for years I actually thought that Connie Francis sang a song about pooping, which she wouldn't do, nor would any other 60s singer. It would probably be at least two decades before such a thing would become a thinkable subject of a popular song. By the way, would a jukebox tune help one poop? I often envisioned myself needing to poop where a jukebox was playing. I've thought of some tunes that might make it easier for me to go poo in such a public place and others that probably wouldn't.

i used to believe that pooey diapers were supposed to go down the toilet. whenever my sister made a poo in her huggies, i would take them and flush them. even tho it's supposed to clog, i never managed to.

For about 4 years(from age 5 to age 9), my best friend and I believed we could fly. So for a LONG time, we tried everything; jumping off staircases, jumping from trees, running and flapping our arms, heck, we even tried collecting feathers(which we were going to tie and strap to our arms)! Finally he moved away, and we stopped 'flying'.
