I used to believe that bacteria had legs and arms and would move into your body, and then you would get sick. I also used to think that bacteria was yellow.

when i was eight my parents would tell me that if I held my pee in my eyes turned yellow. So then everyday i would try and pee!lol

I told my 4yr old cousin that if he grabbed foam plates and flapped them hard & fast enough he would fly. He tried it and he said that he couldn't do it, so my dad grabbed the plates and flapped hard (however he was in bed) pushing himself up with his abs. His butt was the only thing touching the bed, and when he couldnt stand it he stopped, so it looked like he was about to fly. Man, I crack up every time I see my cousin try.

Whenever I'd get a scrape or a cut in any body part of mine, I'd go to cry to my mom and she would tell me that my guts would come out through the cut or scrape.

When I was little, I used to believe that if I rubbed my index fingers together (in a back an forth motion) while they looked like an 'X' it wouldn't rain and we could go out and play.

when i was little, maybe about 5, i used to eat at least 10 times a day, and my mom told me that if i contiuned to eat that much, one day id turn into a blow fish, and id float away untill someone found me and poped me, she made it such a big deal, even now at the age of 23 when i eat alot i think of the blow fish

When I was younger my sister had me convinced that every night before going to bed I had to walk aroubd ny bed three times or I wouldn't wake up in the morning. That I would sleep forever. I quickly found out this was not true.

When I was trying to go to sleep and heard my blood pumping in my ears, I thought it was little men in my pillow making sand. I pictured them in a little factory in there and it freaked me out. I remember telling a babysitter that I couldn't sleep because of the men making sand in my pillow. Shw must of thought I was nuts.

I used to believe that if I thiught hard enough that I could go back in time. I used to sit in my room for hours thinking as hard as I could about the past, to see if I could go back in time. When that didn't work I incorperated it into my dreams. I would try to go back in time in my dreams because I was convinced I could but that maybe it didn't work unless I was asleep.

I used to believe that the cure for any illness was an injection! I nevA figured out that it had to be filled with a liquid or something.......

I used to beleive as a kid that doing a pooh was a guy thing and that girls just didnt pooh. I held this belief right up until my 18th birthday when the morning after the night of heavy drinking before my sister came out of the bathroom and (as a joke) said she had just done 'a big grog bog'. I was totally floored and thought she was just kidding around. I replied 'yeah right as if you could you are a girl'.

I have never lived it down with all my mates when it was revelaed that this is what I seriously thought right up unitil I was 18.
