I used to believe…

When my mom watched movies when she was little, she thought the people getting shot in the movies were really criminals sentenced to the death sentence, so they would just shoot them on screen.

I used to believe…

My granpa dies when i was five, and he was like, a gun collector or something and a Christian. So when they put him in his coffin I could see his gun. When they put him in the gorund iand said, "As Arnold moves into the holy place," I was like, "Oh. That MUST mean he's taking a trip. And the gun MUST protect him. I thought from then on they were taking a trip to the center of the earth.

After our dog died (when I was 4) he was put to sleep at 17( BECAUSE he was in pain, couldn't breathe very good, and was limping. A few days after he went to heaven I thought that he would be a bumblebee for all eternity.

I had a dog named Dee Dee that died when I was about 3 or so. I wanted to visit her one day, so I went into the back yard and started to dig where I assumed she was burried. My mother asked me what I was doing and when I told her she stoped me. I couldn't understand what was so wrong about it!

When i was little i thought that when people in movies died they really did, so i thought they would just wait until they found out they had cancer or something before they would take a part where they would die and the movie company would pay their families lots of money to it, i was really confused when i saw the same guy die in two seperate chuck noris movies

When I was in the 4th grade I read a book about spontanious human combustion and I was terrified that if I was ever alone that I would catch on fire and disappear before anyone knew what happened to me. I would scream if i had to bathe by myself(like i would catch on fire in water?)

When i was little, i used to believe that when you died and went to heaven, you would just sit on the clouds. I would yell up to relatives that had died and tell them who i was and how i was related to them. I would also talk to them about my life. When i went on my first plane ride, i was so scared that i wouldnt go near the window, fearing i would see corpses all over the fluffy white clouds.

Wen i was younger i was told that if you held your breath when driving past a cemetery, you would live a day longer. If you breathed in u would suck in dead spirits and loose a day off your life span!

i used to think that when an old person cried, they would die. soemtimes, i still get a little freaked out man!

When I was 6, I believed that the Grim Ripper killed little girls.For Halloween my older sister dressed up as the Grim Ripper. At 2 o'clock in the morning she came in with her costume on and started shaking me and whispering in creepy voice "Tonight you will die." After that I jumped off my bed and ran into my parents room. That was were I fell and got a scar on my face I still have today. I still didnt believe my parents when they told me it was my sister. I still believe that the Grim Ripper only killed little girls until I was 8 and watched the movie and realized there were no little girls in it.

My great nan died in 1994 ( i was 4) and it was a few weeks later i was sat at the top of the my nan's stairs talking away. When my great aunt said "Who are you talking to?" I pointed to the space next to me and said
"great nan"

When i was younger i used to go and visit my grandmother on her farm. Every time we went there my brother and i used to get bought a duckling. When i asked my Grandma where the ducks from last time had gone she would tell me that the fox had got them. From this i'd somehow assumed that this fox had taken the ducks to live on his own farm. it wasnt until i asked my grandma why we couldn't just go to the foxes farm and take them back that i found out the sad truth...

i used to bieleve that when you died you would come back as an animal and if you were bad in your life you would come back as small animal like an ant and if you were good you would come back as a big animal like a lion

When I was younger, 4-5 years, me and my bro. liked to swim a lot. Our mom, ever anxious about our well being, told us that if we EVER went to swim in the lake, and drowned, that she would then give us such a spanking, that we couldn`t sit for two weeks. Anyway I believied this for many years...

I used to believe that when people got shot in the head that their heads would blow up.

i used to believe that caskets look like ordinary wodden boxes, rather small and they would have inscriptions like "handle with care" and "this side up". of course you would have to fold the dead people to get them inside....
i have never been to a funeral in my childhood.
