when i was about 6, i was convinced that when a movie was made where people get shot, they would ask people who wanted to kill themselves to do the job.
I used to believe that when people died in movies, they really died in real life. I always felt sorry for the people who ended up dying in movies.
when i was a child, i used to believe actors really died in films so i said to my father "that soon there would not be films any more " because no one would want to become actors. My father answered "maybe one day, but not now".
I used to think when they showed someone dying on TV (falling from a building, fire, etc) that the filmmakers had to get prisoners who were going to die anyway so they could get their shot.
For the biggest part of my childhood I believed that when a character in a movie died, the actor was actually killed. I always wondered where they found all the people so willing to end their life for entertainment?!?

My mum used to buy me sweets to sit quietly to watch the Saturday afternoon movie. I used to beleive that advertisements were put out offering people lots of money to be shot on film. I thought they were paid up front, spent the money ,then died. How weird was I!!!
One day my sister and I were watching a movie with my aunt where an entire singing group died. I think it was that same day or soon after where we saw the group perform live at a concert. I started freaking out because in my mind they had all died and I believed that their ghosts were performing. It took my aunt a while to get me to believe the whole actor/fake death explanation.
When I was I kid, I wondered how they managed to show so many people get kill in the movies. I had heard that some people committed suicide, putting an end to their lives privately. Quite sensibly, as an imaginative child, I used to believe that film makers would set out to the goomier parts of the city to set up a stand or roam with big signs recruiting suicidal individuals to participate in their upcoming movie, so that they may be killed before the camera during a scene and to the great enjoyment of future movie audiences.
When I was little I believed when an actor died in a movie, he died in real life.
When i was little i thought that when people in movies died they really did, so i thought they would just wait until they found out they had cancer or something before they would take a part where they would die and the movie company would pay their families lots of money to it, i was really confused when i saw the same guy die in two seperate chuck noris movies
when i was about 4 or 5, i believed people that died in a movie really died - just for the sake of the movie. *cough* yea. O_o
When I was a child, I used to believe that the actors really died in a series or film. I spent a long time thinking about that because I was feeling so sad. Then when I saw a movie where the same actors I was very impressed because I didn't believe that they were alive...That really scared me!
I used to believe that everybody who died on screen died in real life. I figured that for these roles they used people who were terminally ill anyway. It never ever occured to me that people could act death.

When i was about 5-6 I used to believe that people that were killed in movies and such actually got killed for real - but I didn't feel that sorry for them because I was convinced that it had to be really mean people already in for death row that got punished and that they deserved it.
I used to believe that when people died or were killed in the movies that they died in real life. And therefore I concluded that all actors who died in movies must have received a death sentence.
