I used to believe…

My sister told me she used to believe that people who worked in grocery stores actually lived there 24 hours a day. At night they slept in boxes in the back of the store.

I used to beleive that when people got sacked from work the boss would put them in a sack and throw them into the rubbish and then they would eventually die frm rubbish fumes and get eaten by rats
i was distraught when my brother told me tinkie winkie from teletubbies got sacked
but now i know he was safe =]

I used to think that once I got married, I wouldn�t see my family anymore. I was so worried, I wanted to marry my brother! lol we were kids and we were best friends. We didn�t want to be separated.

About a week after my baby sister was born I was tired of her and I turned to my mom and dad and said, "I'm done with her, she can go back to the hospital now."

my sister is 6 years older then me, and she had a really big imagination.so, when we where little she told me that she is a vampire.we where lieng in bed and she told me that whan I fall a sleap she will bite me.i did not sleap all night waiting her to do it..she slept like a baby.

When I was about 8 my friend said his mum was only 12 and that she was 3 when she had him

when i was three years old, and at home while my parents were on the work; i saw parliament assembly on tv, and thought, that my parents are probably there, working all day.

at four, I thought my mother was female and me and my father were fee's

i used to believe that as you grew older, you grew taller and never stopped growing. so in my mind a 100 year old person should be 100 feet tall, which baffled me since the elderly that i saw were shrunk and nowhere near even 7 feet tall

Up until a few minutes ago, I thought that a "wet nurse" was someone who "took care" (let's not get into the details) of paralyzed/senile people who couldn't go to the toilet on their own. I wondered who would want to get such a job. I'm 17, by the way...

when i was about 4 or 5 i thought that my aunts and uncles were actually biological siblings because i heard my mom calling all of them her brothers and sisters.

i didnt worry about learning to tie shoes because i thought once i hit a certain age i would automatically know how

I used to think that everyone got their clothes from hand-me-downs. I always got my brothers old clothes so I hadn't even been to a clothing store until I was about 9 years old.

I believed that adults knew everything. Literally. And since I'd heard somewhere that 18 was the official age when one becomes an adult, I thought that when I turned 18 everything would just come to me and I'd be like, "whoa".

Until I understood what busy phones were,when I heard that telephone lines were busy,I actually thought they were doing some kind of work and could not be talked to by anyone until they finished their shift.

When I was about three years old my dad said that he was ten years old and I believed him.

I used to think that I would live with my parents until I turned 20, then my mom would put me in a wedding dress and kick me out. Then I thought I would run into some random guy, tell him my name, he'd tell me his. Then I ask if he's a good person, he'd ask if I was a good person, and if both said yes, we'd get married later that day.

i used to think that the "graveyard shift" meant that they actually had to go out and dig graves.
