I think my mother had asked me when I was four who I wanted to marry when I grew up. I said, " I don't know any boys, so I guess I'll just marry Jaime (my brother)." She laughed and said I had too much in common with my brother to marry him. I was mad. I thought I had every right to marry my brother.

I used to beleive that my mother knew everything like the wizard of oz. My brother told me this wasn't so, but I din't believe him.

I used to think that everyone's grandma had the same last name, like your dad's mom had this name and my friends grandma had the exact same name. So i went up, asked my best freind how his grandma (with my last name) was doing..he said he didnt have one. I told him how sad i was. He told me he had a grandma (his last name) i never made the connection of names....i just assumed she was a different age, hence my great-grandma having a different last name then all my others.

This is actually the belief of my precious little ring bearer.

He was watching a cartoon with his mom in which the little boy got to be the ring bearer. He turns to his mom and quickly replies "LOOK MOM! That's what I get to be and go ROAR!"

Cute little thing thinks he's going to be the ring "BEAR".

Once when I was maybe five or four, my sister and I were watching telly and this odd comercial came on about safety and this girl swung all the way over the top of the swingset and got turned inside out. My sister told me that was what happened, and I wasn't able to go on the swings until I was 12! i also remember asking my mum where boys weed out of and remember her distinctly telling me that boys didn't wee, it was a figment of my imagination. It was quite the oddest conversation I ever had with my mum.

When I was little, I thought there was a law that you had to marry someone with the same last name as you. My mother was the only married woman I knew who kept her maiden name, so I often wondered why my parents never got in trouble for breaking that law.
