As a kid i used to think that i was the only living person and god created only me to see if i could function but now it seems so foolish
When I was about 8 I joined the new brownies that had been set up. Me and a few other people were going to be the first people to get enrolled there. I told this to a friend who went to another brownies and had been there for a long time and she said that being enrolled was really scary. For a while after I, for some strange reason, imagined that being enrolled consisted of being rolled up into a rug, and then the BrownOwl shook it so you rolled out. As you rolled a long the floor to the other side of the hall you would shout your brownie promice in fear.
Luckily it was nothing like that.
Okay. I was about 7, and had just watched some movie or another about living dolls that killed you. That night, I could swear I heard my dolls eyes' clicking and blinking. I gathered up all my courage, and picked up the dolls. Then, I threw them into the hall and locked my door. I felt a lot better then.

I used to believe that everything I did was being watched by someone 24-7 with some sort of teeny-tiny cameras that I couldn't see. Man I was a wierd kid. ;)
I used to believe that I would go to live with care bears one day!
I used to think until up some time ago that it was very plausible that there were actually just a few humans in the world and that the real world was much smaller than we were taught. I'd be one of the few people and almost all my friends and family would be either aliens or robots willing to research human behavior. Everything on TV would be made up as part of the experiment also, the maps and stuff would all be fake.
When you go to sleep all your stuffed animals protect you from the monsters!
i used to have a whole bunch of plastic food, and one night i wanted to go into my parent's room and crawl into their bed but i stopped dead infront of their door because it was so dark .then i went back in to my room to look for a flash light ,but settled for a plastic french fry and figured :it's yellow so it'll give off light right?i then returned to my parent's bedroom and plunged in to the darkness i completely freaked out when i realized that my french fry wasen't working.
Shortly after watching Toy Story I thought my new Bratz Doll blinked. So I had tthought suddenly she was going to kill me in my sleep. So, I tied her hands in a rope, put a cloth and tied it around her face, put a couch on her, and topped it off with a box and a VERY large on top. Haha doll, haha.
my dad told me that ballet dancers had their toes removed and blocks of wood nailed to the ends of their feet so they could stay upright on the points of their feet

When I was a kid, I used to believe that my toys would come to life when i left the room.. like on toy story. I even told my toys that i know they're real and that i would keep it a secret.
I used to believe that my toys come to life when I sleep at night
i used to believe that i was from a parallel universe and everything around me was in my imagination. Somewhere in another world I was in a coma, making up my entire life. Dreams were memories from before i came here. When i got sick it was because sorcerors in the "real" world were trying to wake me up.
i was pretty weird
I watched The Truman Show when I was about eleven, and it permanently engraved into me a deep suspicion of surreality.
I used to totally believe there were invisible cameras everywhere I went, in corners and mirrors, and that everyone was acting around me. I did some pretty embarrassing stuff trying to catch people out!
It's still there to an extent, teasing at the back of my mind. I've never been convinced of my own privacy since.
when i was younger i used to believe that my toys would wake up and move about in my sleep, i belived this up untill the age of 9 when i found out it was my mum moving them around to make me think they were real!
When I was little, I saw a documentary about children getting mixed up in the hospital at birth, and living with the wrong family. So for years, I was convinced that I had been switched at birth amd was living with the wrong parents, until my mother told me I had been the only white baby in the whole hospital (I was born in Kazakhstan)

When I forgot my Power Ranger action figure at the beach, my father told me he swam across the ocean and found a poor toyless child to amuse.
