I once got a gray stuffed bunny for easter one year, and I used to bring it to bed with me and my other stuffed animals. I used to think that it used to be a real live bunny, but it died and got stuffed and now it could only talk to me

When i was little i used to tell stories of what my mom believed to be my past life... I would start stories with "When i was a big girl..." and tell my mom about things where we were, even if we had never been there before.

When I was 5 or so, I thought there was a boy on the exact opposite side of the world. He and I could never never never (repeat "never" a few hundred times) be asleep at the same time.
So when I over slept, he got to stay up late, and when I stayed up late, he got to oversleep.

When I did children's theatre we kids would always play with the scrims (the curtains on the side of the stage) Until one day a director told us that they now made special curtains that would stain your hands green forever. At 19 I still get nervous about touching those curtains.

Once, Sharon, Lois and Bram (a TV show) went to the Toronto Zoo. I had been to the Toronto Zoo. Therefore, I assumed I must be famous since I'd been to a place that was on TV.

My friend Nora and I used to actually believe that we were "Cog People", which we thought up. They were a mix of cats and dogs and posessed powers of those animals. We also believe that we could change it from being cats and dogs to any two animals and we tried so hard to figure out what combination we were.

We also believed that once a year on June 4th our skin would begin to peel off because, as well as being Cog people, we were reptillian aliens and our parents were just there to diguise our REAL ALIEN parents. We also thought that our REAL ALIEN parents had been the same parents (thus we were sisters) and the photographs we had of our births were fake.

We also thought there was this invisible purple goo that would hunt us down during recess becasuse we knew our secret. We believed that if we stodd on a certain sqare of the rubber mat of our play structure, it couldn't hurt us. We also thought that we attracted animals from our real planet. Once we found a wasp on the wall of the school and we were certain that we had discovered a new species of alien ants.

5th graders do the dumbest things, eh?

Unlike most kids, I used to *hate* Pokemon. Because the creatures were strange looking, I belived that it was really an alien toy introduced to brainwash earthling kids.

I use to think that I was the only persen that can see, and uther peple just faked it

I also use to think that I had invented X/Y cordinite system

We used to move around a lot when I was little, but whenever we moved somewhere new, I used to think that everybody we knew put on different clothes and make-up and followed us to our new place and pretended to be different people. Sort of like some very odd and twisted version of The Truman Show. I always used to really stare at people who looked vaguely familiar or similar to someone I knew, just to try and catch people out...

My parents were always big fans of Lord of the Rings and other books by Tolkien. One day, I stubled across a copy of "The Return of the King" complete with appendicies. I found the hobbit family trees, and was surprised to see my name on on of them (Diamond). We lived on Long Island, and I thought Cleave was another word for Island. All of these things clued me in; I was a hobbit born to human parents, and one day I would marry Pippin. I even told my classmates; so proud was I of my fate. Oddly enough, I ended up married to someone very much like Pippin.

When I was little I believed that everyone else on the planet was a robot. After I realized what a preposterous idea tat obviously was, I thought that no one could actually sense anything around them, and that for them everything was black - almost like being a rock.

When I was little I had a stuffed lion and one time I took it on a trip and I threw up on him on that trip and I thought it was weird that he was smile so thought he liked it but I told him: no, I am not going to throw up on you again. Since he was smiling I thought he wanted to stay home so since that day (I still have him) he stays in my room.

When I was about six or seven, I thought that my whole life was staged, and that everyone I knew was just an actor. I also belived that hidden cameras were filming my every move for the entertainment of others. I would always try to get a confession out of someone, with out letting on that I "knew".

This was shortly afer I saw that movie "The Truman Show".

I used to believe that I was both a monkey and a wolf in past lives which would explain why I like bananas and finding myself running up the stairs on all fours. (I'm 12)

I actually believed at one point we are all living in the Matrix because at one point I saw every thing all greenish like the back round when they were in the matrix ( Iwas trying to sleep and my room was white and it wasn't painted yet) and three other times when wind made a wind tunnel and kept me 4 feet high for 10 seconds and another time when my gaurdian angel saved me from falling down the stairs and another time when I ran 30 feet in like 3 seconds.
