There used to be a clothing store called Young World in the place I live in... and my best friend and I believed that if you drove by the store and looked at it that you would be turned back into a baby. So whenever we drove by this store we always ducked down until we past it.

I believed that one half of the world was an exact duplicate of the other. So, whatever I was doing effected the "me" on the other side. If I got a strange twinge of pain, she was probably hurt from an accident or if I got hurt, she was probably wondering why she was hurting. Sometimes I'd make strange body movements to make her do the same thing.

I used to proudly imagine that there was cameraman working with some authors on writing a biography of me. They followed me around secretly and recorded the most minute of my activities. The book would even have tiny versions of the books I read within its pages.

I would start to believe my own story and occasionally whip my head around to try to catch the cameraman, but he was too quick for me.

When I was 7 or 8 my mom told me that you could be anything you want to be. I believed she meant literally enything, so i wanted to become a meerkat when i grow up. When the teacher would tell me on career day what i want to be, i would say "a meerkat!". I got disappointed when i never saw a real meerkat on career day, but it was fun.

I always used to think that I could enter different places such as 'Gardenia' (Through the Giant Oak Tree in my Schoolyard) while others couldn't. I always thought myself 'special'.

Until around age 5, I believed that adults weren't real....they were kinda like t.v. characters and everything around me had a kinda technicolor surrealness to it. So if an adult told me to do something I wanted to do I'd do it, but if they were saying something I didn't want to hear, than I'd ignore them.
When I daydreamed it was like turning the channel. I had the hardest itme turning the channel during spankings though!

When I was little I used to believe I was from the planet Xenos and was born from a unicorn, and was brought to Earth in a space ship and was a honorable rescuer of deer on the planet Xenos.

I used to think everyone else in the world were aliens and when I turned around, they looked like normal people. (I thought this when I was 7,8,9.)

the world (or existence) was made for me, when out of my view, it wasn't real. people in my world were my creation, reacting to my will. funny, that freaud guy wrote about me in his book "civilization and its discontents"

The upper part of my ear is slightly pointed. As a child, I thought that the barber seeing my ear would think that I am an alien. The barber often cut my hair in such a way that it hurt. But since he knew I am an alien, I thought, if I show that I am unhappy at the way he cuts my hair, he would be more careful. So I would often show my unhappiness at his cutting by jerking my head away or frowning emphatically.

I must be paranoid because i have thought my whole life that evryone in the world could buy this little device. The device would allow you to spy on anyone by speaking a name into a small microphone. Once you would speak the name it would immediatly show what that person was doing that very moment! I always thought that evryone could buy it except for me. Apparently i wasnt aloud to spy on anyone. i was always scared to get undressed for bed or take a shower for afraid people were watching me. I still believe this....

I used to believe that someday, my friends and I would be transported to a fantastical land where we would fight evil, preform incredible feats of magic and wear designer tunics. Juvenile Fantasy Misinterpretation Syndrome, I guess.
