I thought "eliminowpee" was a letter - I remember thinking "that's a long name for a letter!". But I thought it was a funny letter - it ended in "-pee"!!!

I was vaguely aware of the alphabet although not yet in school. When my older brothers sang the alphabet song, fast, at the L-M-N-O-P part, I thought that that was a letter 'P' that had the quality of being 'Elemeno' (whatever that was) in addition to the regular 'P'...

When I was in preschool and learning the alphabet, I always thought that l,m,n,o was one letter because in the sing-song version you say it really quick. It took some serious explaining to get the truth through to me.

I used to believe that the alphabet was just a song and L,M, N, and O was a word in the chorus...."ELLAMENO". I was quite surprised to learn that these were letters and not a word.

I used to think that "elemeno" was a letter, as in H, I, J, K, Elemino, P.

I used to think that lmno as in "a b c d e f g h i j k lmno..." was one letter. Like "elemeno"

I used to think that wher wver you said "LMNOP" as "elemental pee" by mistake, someone would wet their panks. I tried it out on bullies, but it didn't work.

I used to think that "l-m-n-o-p" was one letter because of how fast it's said in the song. So when I said the alphabet and I got to "l", I said " lmnop, l, m, n...."
