When I was a little girl I had no friends. It wasn't nice for me. One day I struck upon the great idea of imagining the person who could be my best friend. And in this way I "made a friend" with small Kolik (it was his name). He lived in verry funny place - in the radiator in my living room. He became my the best friend. All days I was sitting behind the radiator and talking to him. It was great experience. I realy believed that he exists, hears me and is the only one person who understands me.

In third grade, we watched an Aurther video and Aurther gets this book from the library about a haunted hand. It would float around at night and haunt the mansion.
After watching that, I was permanently scarred. I would hide under my covers for 3 YEARS afraid that if the green hand would see me, it would strangle me to death. One day I just got over it, but when I think about it it sometimes gives me the creepies.
I'm 8 now I have a imaginary friend. He is still here from when I was 6.His name is Sap he is a glob of sap with 2 legs and 1 arm.He is still my best friend.

When I was 10 my friend told me that a girl in her neighborhood was a werecat and that she turned into a cat while they were swimming one night and got cat hair in the pool. I truly believed this story since I was(and still am) very interested in werewolves and werecats. Then when I met this girl, I noticed some things that confirmed my belief that she was a werecat like she was wearing cat ears and, this is the freaky part, she looked exactly like the girl on the cover of the R.L. Stine book "Night of the Werecat"!
I believed that she was a werecat for a few months until I got the courage to ask her.
i'm 17, and people might think i'm retarded or something- i have two make-believe Indian friends, Bow and Bowie their twins- Navajo Indian friends their so nice- but they sometimes wonder off and i get worried- Bow is the sweetest ones- they make good grades at Tall Mountain High School- they know how to speak their native language but speak only english around me. i met them outside my home- they are in the 9th grade they both are 15 years old. you may think im crazy i just have make-believe friends to keep me company- and to keep me from geting bored all the time. their school is of course "make-belive" its huge and full of non-natives and natives of all kind- its just to keep me company- who cares about people that may make fun of me- their just bullies

I used to hear a lot of the normal nighttime noises outside my cousin's house, and she told me that it was aliens in a traffic jam going to China.

My family moved from the suburbs to the country when I was five. Not only did I insist that we pack a box for my imaginary friend's stuff, but I made my mom promise that there would be room for her in our new house. When we moved, however, Mom -- trying to get me to grow up -- told me that my imaginary friend found a new family to live with and wouldn't be coming with us. I cried for weeks and tried to walk the 20 miles back to our old house to find her.
But it's ok. 29 years later, I've almost stopped being angry about it.

Until I was 10 I had lots of imaginary friends. Most of them were very weird, like Sam the warthog, Mathmouse, and a purple cat that didn't have a name. I also had different ones at different places, like the purple cat only came in the restroom at the K-C Hall and Mathmouse only came at Lowes and at school. I never told anyone about my imaginary friends, even though most of my friends had imaginary friends too, because they were all so strange!(I didn't list all of them, but I had about 20 in all!) My strangest one may have been a wolf, which turned into a rabid wolf when we were in the car and a werewolf(It didn't look very different from the rabid wolf but to me it was differnt) whenever we were away from home(and not in the car) The werewolf's first appearance was the death of the purple cat because the werewolf chased the cat into a bathroom stall and messily devoured it.
I think the only reason I didn't have all these imaginary friends longer then I did was because in the end they had a war. None of them survived so I decided to not make any more.

One time when I was 6 I was watching a magic show on TV and the magician was doing that trick where he cuts someone in half. Well, my sister told me that it's not a trick and they actually cut people in half and kill them! I believed it until I was 9 when I realized "Hey, if they kill them how do they get up and walk around after the trick?"
But until I thought of that I was scared of magicians.

This summer I took classes at a college and my friend convinced everyone I was a werewolf and they actually believed her!(we were 13 at the time) She used my thick eyebrows, long nails, and thick brown hair as her "evidence".
After that, people found other "evidence"- like my gapped, pointy teeth and my arm hair.
Since they didn't beleive me when I denied it I had to play along.
I'm curious about what will happen during the school year.

When I was very little, my bedroom was directly across the hall from my parents room. If I ever got scared in the middle of the night, and would have to crawl into bed with my parents, I'd stand at the doorway of my room forever, trying to get up the courage to run across the hall to their door, a mere three feet away.
Cause of fear? The furniture in the living room at the end of the hall. I was always terrified the chairs and couch would see me run across the hall, and somehow manage to get to me before I got to the door of my parents room. I always had to look down the hallway to make sure they weren't close enough to make it.

when i was little, and lost a tooth, my mum would have me put it under my pillow so that the tooth fairy would come during the night and leave a gift. then once i put the tooth under my pillow without warning my parents first and guess what, the tooth fairy didn't come ! that's how i figured she didn't exist

I used to believe that Santa was real and he would not come to your house unless you and everyone in the house was completely asleep. I also believed when my mom told me that Santa came into my room and kissed my head before he left.
