I used to believe…

When I was little, Our car was one of the "new" remote control trunk opening type cars." So whenever we had to open the trunk, I was taught to say, "Abracadabra, Ala-Ka-Zam!" And then the trunk would magically open! I was very disapointed when it was just a button.

I used to believe…

when i was little i thought the predator hid in my attic and whenever my dad asked if i wanted to look around in there i'd run away screaming and hide under my bed

When I was about four, I felt that all four year olds HAD to have an imaginairy friend... So I decided to have one called Annie... Who i didn't really believe in, who i didn't really like, and who I didn't like to play with.
Yet Annie was around for a good three years...

When i was little, about 6-7ish my sister and i were at out grandma's house after thanksgiving. She gave us a wishbone and told us to make a wish and break it. My wish was that birds would no longer have feathers. I won and imagined all the world's bird's feathers exploding off of the birds. Needless to say this didn't happen and my mother had no idea why i would wish for such a thing. My sister's wish was worse which was that she could have a peice of white bread.

When i was about 8 i had just played a video game that happened to have a freightening monster in it. As i was about to go to bed i was scared so i ran in the darkness to the garage and grabbed a baseball bat. On my way back to the bedroom i swung at everything i saw. The Next Morning i was the first one up so i went to watch tv down stairs and to my beliefe the house was a wreck. Later i realized that i did the damage.

When I was little I used to believe that Santa could bring anything....including babies! I always wanted a younger brother so used to ask for one on my Chritmas list every year until I found out where babies really came from.....the stork obviously!

I used to believe that Vampires would float outside your window at night and tap on the window to get in, so i used to sleep with a towel wrapped around my neck and 2 hair barretes clipped together in the shape of a cross to ward off the vampires if they came in.

I used to believe that if you stand on a tree stump and turn around and say a wish that it would come true. I was confused when it didn't work. I just made a full out of my self.

when i would come home, the garage door would lead to the laundry room which had double doors leading to the kitchen. im not sure why, but every time i would walk through that door when i was around 4, i would picture a big scary vampire face that looked vaguely liked the count from sesame street. i would always let me mom go in before me so she could make it safe to get rid of the vampire.

whenever i first heard of the boogie man, i was in the front yard of my cousins house. i imaginined this man covered in green boogers (gross) running across the street with a brown bag. i dont remember how i got that one straight...

I used to believe…

someone once told me when i was about seven that a little boy went into the bathroom and said bloody mary three times and when his brother came home, he say blood all over the walls and the boy hanging there with a message on the mirror saying " from bloody mary". this story scred the hell out of me for years!

I used to believe…

When i was younger i used to do things really weird! I used to say something and then it would come true! Because of this i believe i was magical or that i was a witch! If people used to say thing like it isnt true i used to say i would put a spell on them! Then soon in about a couple of days they were ill or something bad happened to them! Some little kid went and told the teacher on me and she spoke to me after school! She said if i didnt stop telling people i was a witch she would place a spell on me and it wouldnt be a nice one! I NEVER said anything about being a witch again!!!!!!!

Several miles south of my house is a town with high street lights. So, at night, there is a straight dotted line of lights on the horizon. At the same time of me noticing it, I was annoyed with the "patrols" at our school who were crossing patrols. Almost everyone was a patrol. So, one night, when a friend came over, i told her that the patrols were aliens. A ufo would take them from the school to the party where the lights were and they'd peel off their skins and party and talk about us. She spent the entire night in fear. I was a cruel child.

I was watching some cartoon and the character had an inaginary friend. So i thought it would be fun to make one. I went out to our playset and started pushing an empty swing. My little sister came out and asked what i was doing. "I'm pushing my imaginary friend, ______" i forgot her name. so my little sister (the copycat) started pushing her OWN imaginary friend. Soon there were dueling imaginary friends, both trying to swing the highest. I realized how stupid it all was and shoved my sister's imaginary friend's swing sideways. My sister started bawling.
From then on, i only communicated with imaginary friends in my dreams.

When i was little i use to believe that a monster was in my house everynight and he would make a loud rawring noise.I always hid under my covers and fell asleep that way. Well I soon found out it was just my daddy snoring.

When I was about 6, I started believing that there was a sewer rat living under the school that I could talk to telepathically. I would stare at the bathroom drain and when I flushed I would warn him about it.

My nan used to tell me there were fairies living in the garden and they gave her three wishes...so she wished for love, luck and happiness. I still carry that thought with me everyday

When I was little I had 2 imaganary freinds that were cats 1 was called frakzy 1 was called suitcase they would play with my real pony Toffi.When I forgot about them they went on holiday to spain when I went to spain I saw them and got over exited!!! I was weird.
