I used to believe…

around the time the slender man stabbing happened, i thought slender man was real and didn't go outside by myself for months..

I believed there were witches who took children away, and that they looked like balls of fire that entered houses through the cracks in the windows and doors.

I used to believe that different places would celebrate Christmas on different days because you needed it to be cold, for example Australia would have it 6 months after because of the month difference, and that it was like a sort of festivity wave.

When I was little, I used to believe in magic powers. One day, my best friend said "You can apply at the school of Hogwarts like in Harry Potter". So I decided to send a letter at this school and every day, I checked if there is a letter from Hogwarts. One day, my mom talked to me about this famous letter. She explained that Hogwarts was just in a movie and this school didn't exist. I was so angry that I never to talk to my best friend again.

I remember not believing in unicorns until a random adult told me that they were real just like fairy's duh so when I fell over a weight, I thought it was a unicorn. Why? Because I was 7

When i was little i thought ghosts were hiding behind me when i was on the stars so i went down as quickly as possible so the ghosts woudln't catch up whit me . Growing up i understood ghost did not exist so finally it is a good memory.

Up until I found a “How To Do Magic Tricks” book in the school library in second grade, I wasn’t sure whether magicians really had magical powers or not. I heard adults say “It’s all a trick.”, but they would never be able to explain how the tricks actually worked, and there were certainly people in TV shows and books who could do real magic.

The author of the book knew that a lot of kids think this, and the introduction to the book actually spelled out “It’s all just tricks, it isn’t real.” for our benefit.

When I was young I used to believe in Santa Claus and I used to think if it was real.
One day, I was celebriting Christmas with some members of my family. My dad said he had to do something and he needed to get out of the house, five minutes later we heard bells. we opened the door and there was Santa Claus. We openeded our gifts and I sat on Santa Claus legs for a picture and I pulled his beard.It stayed in my hand and I recognized my dad. It was an embarassing moments for all of my family.Of course I do not believe in it anymore.

When Is was Young thougnt Monster scare me in my bed. A Day my cousin cam to see me and did me a joke he hide behind the Doors to scored me.I no longer not Believe that Monsters exist but when i'm the dark i'm still afraid

In England it's a tooth fairy but in France it's a little mouse.
When I was a child I used to think that it's was real and in my bathroom there was a little hole where I thought that the "little mouse" came.
After i lost my teeth I put the cheese in the hole for the "little mouse" and everytime my parents removed the cheese. One day the "little mouse" brought an electric tooth brosh and I found that to strang be it's was big for her.
At this moment my parents told me that was not real and I was very sad because it's was funny.

when i was a kid i used to belive in santa claus because each year. Santa claus come in my home. to give presents. i look each year his shoes it was the same shoes and one year. i realizet that it was my uncle. it made me sad.

I thought ghosts were (just another mythical creature like unicorns) rather than a direct consequence of death. I believed it until I was eight.
