I used to believe…

Ok. This is a true story that my friend told me. Her friend did Bloody Mary in the bathroom, and then, the next day, she was walking by a barb wire fence, and it turns out that one of the wires where sticking out, and it made a huge whole in her head. I have never seen her since.

When i was little i use to believe that the easter bunny contoled the traffic lights , so every time we were at a red light i use to ask the easter bunny to hurry up and change the light LOL

I used to believe that Santa Claus and God where best friends.I used to pray to god to tell stuff to santa claus for me.I also used to believe that the elves had invisible video cameras everywhere to watch me.Where they couldn't get video camera's santa asked god for help to keept watch!

because of santa clause being able to deliver to so many houses a night around the world, I thought he must be god. then I thought I was a genius because I figured I was the only person who had ever considered it.


until I learned at 9 that santa was fake

When I was 5, my brother told me that the bats from the beach caves (which was close to our house) turned into vampires and came up to everyone's houses looking for blood to drink. So every night before i went to bed id make sure my windows were locked, I tied my curtains at the bottom ( I though the vampire wouldn't get through them lol) and i also slept with my duvet covering my neck so it wouldn't bite me.

i used to believe that everyone had a little fairy looking after them and my auntie even used to write letters to us from a fairy named trixie.
Me and my sister believed it for a long time.

When I was little my friend told me that if i didnt cover my neck with the sheet when i slept, Count Dracula would come and bite my neck off. I always got really scared, because every morning i would wake up without my sheet on my neck, thinking that dracula had come and i would die soon.

I used to believe that my house was haunted by Bloody Mary and her sidekick, the Candyman. My friend and I were absolutely obsessed with this concept, and said that one day we were going to go into my bathroom and summon her. We never did, and I moved before we got a chance to. However, before I did, I told one of my other friends, and after that, she refused to use the bathroom alone while sleeping over. She made me come in there with her! We were OBSESSED.

I used to believe that I could become an angel if i was a good girl. I started doing all the good and helpful deeds, and worked towards my ambition. This happened throughout my junior school years.
(Just because angels can fly, and they look so peaceful, and i wanted to fly)..

Ever since I saw the previews for the anniversary DVD, i was terrified of E.T. Usually when I was in bed, my dad was asleep across the hall and had his television on. sometimes it had the beeps blocking out the curses and sometimes it made me think of E.T. I was afraid to get out of bed and tell my mom because I thought he was under the bed and ready to grab my ankles, drag me under the bed and kill me or at least burn my face with the light-up finger of his. I was afraid of watching the movie, listening to tv premieres, even going to universal studios and going on the bicycle ride or getting an e.t. pin.

I used to believe that Peter Pan would come for me and take me to Neverland. I remember planning what Jammies to wear that night, and which ones were best for adventures and flying. lol (:

I used to tell everyone that the janitor was my best friend. I don't know where I got this idea or why I thought this was cool. but I told everyone. and we never even talked.

back in elementary whenever we got school pictures the caption on the handouts always read "if you think this picture is special now, think of how special it will be ten years from today" and I used to think that after ten years from that exact moment something very special, magical would happen. I waited and waited....

When I was a kid I believed that there were the monster things and if you go out at night and go into the forest (or the woods) and said anything then that monster would jump right in front of you and then would take you away up the trees. So one night I had a dream of it happening and I woke up scared and ran into my parents room and they told me to go to bed. But then I kept on thinking I was seeing them hiding in the shadows (even in the house) and when I was on my way to my room, I couldn't take it any longer so I had to stand still in my brother's room and turn on the bathroom light with the door open. I decided to read (2:00am) with lights on or play my Game Boy SP untill 6:00!

When i was little and laying in bed to go to sleep, i could hear my heart beating but i didn't know what it was so i used to imagine a giant T-rex dinosaur was running and destroying the town i lived in and that any moment its foot would come crashing down through the roof, evan though i knew dinosaurs are extinct and it was very unlikely.It was only till i was about 11-12 did i find out it was my heart. I still imagine it sometimes, but im not scared.

I used to think that if I acted like a had a Superpower (e.x flying), I would eventually develop that Superpower. I spent days jumping and skipping everywhere in hopes I would "fly".

Not to long ago, me and one of my BBF nmed Lillian (Lily or Lilybug for shory) played in these woods behind my house. (Her Mom's work is next to them.) I had recently started coming again,and it was Book Fair time. We both bught the same book on Faeries, and we said there were some in the forest. Later, I found out Lilybug's sister Catherine made fun of our belief.

I STILL believe that I have 3 imaginary friends who live with me. One was my sister, Sakura, from Cardcaptor Sakura. She's probably my sister because I looked up to her when Her show was still on.

The second is Cutie, the blue cat from Venus with a red ear on the left and a purple one on the right. (I could never decide on her eye color, butI say pink now.) She's magical and grants me wishes. She was the Queen's cat, until she came to Earth and I got her. (Again, never made up my mind on that.) She has so many sisters and brothers, and each on has a sister/brother just with a power just like their own.

Then there was Trunks. He was from Dragon Ball Z, but he was a kid version. He would hang out with me and fly around. I kind of had a crush on him. When I had my old house, (I was little then, and didn't go to school until later.) we would go around and have adventures.
