For a long time I thought that in the evening a witch would sleep under my bed. When I had to pee en returned to my bed to go to sleep, I jumped from as far as possible into my bed, so the witch couldn't catch me...

this one girl at about 3rd- 4th grade told me and my friends that on the playground there was this pole wire thingy sticking out of the ground ( and there was) and that if u touched it, you owould get sucked into the ground and satan wouldnt let us back up.

so then we dared her to touch it at recess one day ( well we didnt really like her) and she did! then she pretended that she was being sucked in so me and my friends pulled her and i guess satan let her go. we havent touched it since a few weeks ago!! ( and we are in sixth grade now

When I was around 5 or 6 I invented myself an imaginary wife named Sonja, and I told everyone about here and had a whole pretend life with her. At that age, I only knew one phone number besides my own (that wasn't an emergancy number), that played a recording of the local weather forcast. I'd call it and have made up conversations with her. I think the imaginary marriage lasted a couple of years before I abandoned the fantasy.

I used to believe…

For quite a while during my youth, I believed that if I were to leave any of my toys outside, a vampire-like creature would emerge from them and try to eat me. The thought terrified me until I was around twelve.

i used to belive[thanks to my dad] that if you hung your toes over the bed the toe gobler would come and eat your toes....................and now i still don't hang my toes over my bed

When i was really little, about 3 years old or so, we lived across the street from a cemetery. There were these little mausoleums with stained glass windows, one of which was right across from our front door. One evening i was looking out the front window watching for my grandparents' car, when i saw a light come on inside the mausoleum. I completely flipped out. I was positive that corpses has risen from the dead and turned on the light in their little house. Turns out it was just our porch light, which my dad had switched on when he saw me staring out into the darkness, reflecting off the stained glass.

When I was 5, I had a little BF. His sister told me that they were both vampires and they had vampire teeth at night and they were gonna"BITE MY NECK AND DRINK MY BLOOD". That really scared me as a kiddie.

When my cousin and I were little, we used to pretend we had all these babies. Several of them would be like, mini versions of our favorite cartoon characters from all kinds of shows. I remember I had several of my "character babies" from Tiny Toon Adventures. But my cousin and I both had at least one VERY naughty baby and we would always yell at them when they were "bad." I remember my naughty baby was like Mighty Mouse, but I called him "Mean Mighty" and was always like, "Mean mighty, don't make me come up there!" and I'd be yelling at nothing, LMAO!4

I believed in Santa up until about the age 8. One night, my aunt called me over to the phone saying someone wanted to say Hello. Well, I answered and was like, 'Hello?' and this poorly voiced 'Ho, Ho, Ho! Merrrrry Christmas! Have you been a good little girl this year?' came booming out from the speaker. I instantly knew it was my cousin upstairs on the other line. I was like, 'This isn't Santa, this is Kevin!' and I hung up the phone and ran upstairs to beat him up, lol. I then knew that the parents just hid the presents in a secret place and put them out on Christmas Eve while you were sleeping.

When I was little, I lost a tooth, I mean really lost it. I could not find it anywhere and I was SO upset because then I thought I wouldn't get any money from the Tooth fairy. So I had my aunt help me write a note to the tooth fairy explaining to him/her that I was REALLY sorry about losing the tooth that I've been a good girl and really wanted money. Well, it must have worked because the next morning there was a dollar under my pillow, lol. I used to think the Tooth fairy looked like Tinkerbell from Peter Pan, LMAO!

I used to believe that i was a wicked witch because my dad would all ways call me a evil little witch. and i thought that was sooooooo kewl.

After watching the Phantom Of The opera one summer, when I was about 9, I decided that If I became a famous singer, like I had always wanted to be, I would become Christine, and this my friend, who was a boy, would be The Phantom, Erik. I don't remember who Raoul was. I got this idea from a dream I had the night after I'd watched it.
It just made me want to be a Famous Singer even more, because I wanted something exciting and fun to happen! I also thought that if I wwent near any mirrors, the Phantom would swivel it round and kidnap me! I was also convinced if I went to an Opera, which I never did anyway, the 'Opera Ghost' would come and get me! Now, I am a HIGE Phantom fan.

i think i was around 3 years old and still sleeping in my crib when i threw up in my sleep one night. when i woke up, i thought my vomit was actually a lava monster trying to eat me. so i screamed and cowered to the edge of the crib and watched in terror as the vomit seeped onto my favorite pillow. finally my dad came in and rescued me, but i never abandoned the belief that there was a lava monster living in our house.
