At school when we were five our teacher got us to write letters to this alien and he always replied!! It was only years after that I realised that it must've been the teacher replying

When I was around 4 or 5 I used to watch a lot of Unsolved Mysteries and Rescue 911. As a consequence, before I went to bed every night I used to say this little prayer: "Dear God, please down let my cats die, please don't let the house burn down, and please don't let aliens abduct me."
I used to believe in E.T.
I used to believe the martians would come to the earth and with their guns they would transform us into chicken nuggets!!!!!
When i was younger(6 i think) i was very paranoid about my mortality and i had watched x-files and the film 'Fire in the Sky' too many times. My bed was beneath a skylight and on a full moon i used to sleep down beside my bed on the floor. because i thought that the light beam might be the aliens, coming to beam me through my skilight.
I used to believe that fireworks were aliens in a galactic war, blowing eachother up. I never could understand for the life of me, why we would watch such carnage with awe?
After watching a crazy TV show, I believed that aliens were real. I still have a little fear of them.
I am 7 years old. I thought that a big moldy alien would come during the full moon and I thought if you weren't good at the piano the aliens would come and eat your head. So I stayed awake and whenever I heard a sound I would hide under my pillows. Now I know UFO are gone. Man I was weird!
I used to believe that the purpose of satellite dishes was to attract aliens. Every time I walked past a house with one on, i would look to see if an alien was stuck to it!
i used to think that that one ugly alien thing on star trek was my boyfriend.
I once saw a TV programme when I was younger, about aliens abducting humans. One guy on this programme said that he was abducted and had his legs spread by the aliens so that they could do experiemnts on him.
From that day on I could only get to sleep if i had my legs touching together so that the aliens could not get in between them! Even if I remember this nowadays when I am in bed, I still make my legs touch each other before I can go to sleep...and I'm 21 now! hehe
When I was younger my older brother told me that I was a vulcan(from star trek). I believed him too because my ears were slightly pointed. He told me that one day they would come and take me back to their planet. It was a couple of years before I learned the truth, that star trek wasn't real.
I use to blame the aliens on my missing barbie dolls.
As a girl, I read lots of books about UFOs (pretty much the same type I still like to read, secretly). And I loved to read in bed, but then, of course, the lights had to go out --
One of the bedroom windows was small and high, and the light fell on the wall right across from me. At one point, I noticed that the shadow wasn't of a tree's branches any more, but of an oval shape on a dark stalk. It looked like the shadow of E.T.'s head and long neck. I stared at it for hours, frozen in fear. It would sway back and forth; it would vanish abruptly, and rise slowly back into view. This happened night after night.
I was so sure this was an alien. What else could it be? What would cast a shadow like that, or move like that? Eventually, I lay there long enough to figure it out. The alien's body was a metal pod buried just beneath the soil in the garden. It withdrew its head in the morning, and extended its neck at night. The alien was an investigator, not harmful or very friendly, but there to study human beings. There was a forcefield around my house that kept it from getting in, but it watched at my window anyway. It could sense if I thought too much about it, and that was why it sometimes ducked out of sight.
Today -- and I mean literally today, it took me that long to figure it out! -- I'm pretty sure it was the distorted shadow of a streetlamp that used to stand a few yards away.
I use to try to telafone aliens, so I found sum old telafone (MT-23 fone) and were the memory numbers was, I rote down names uv computer games, and I had a lot more wires and resisters and stuf, and try to conect it and I also wanted a menu and TV on. I used to hear a lot of the normal nighttime noises outside my cousin's house, and she told me that it was aliens in a traffic jam going to China.
